任職要求:

新媒體運營經理
1.根據公司業(ye)務發展(zhan)目標(biao),有醫療行業(ye)新媒體(ti)、自媒體(ti)運(yun)營項目的和推(tui)廣經驗優先;
2.開展運營項目的推廣(guang)工作,實現自媒(mei)體流量(liang)和用戶量(liang)的上(shang)升(sheng)(非百度(du)競(jing)價(jia)方式(shi),各種(zhong)自媒(mei)體、新媒(mei)體渠道 有第三方高(gao)權重運營資源);
3.根據(ju)用(yong)戶(hu)需求調(diao)整(zheng)新媒體、自媒體各級欄目建(jian)設(she),開發潛(qian)在(zai)目標市場和用(yong)戶(hu)群體;
4.不斷完(wan)善自(zi)媒體(ti)功能和版(ban)面(mian),優化自(zi)媒體(ti)用戶(hu)體(ti)驗,提高用戶(hu)滿意(yi)度,提高用戶(hu)粘(zhan)性(xing)和會員(yuan)活躍(yue)度;
